4 – Fats provide a variety of nutrients that can help you maintain healthy skin, hair, and nails. When choosing what foods to eat make sure they have the appropriate balance of these macronutrients.

5 – Nutrients are substances that provide nourishment for your body’s cells. The human body is made up of cells, and these cells need certain nutrients to function properly.
